چکیده

این مقاله به بررسی راهکارهای نوین و پیشرفته تامین مالی برای استارتاپ‌های فناوری می‌پردازد. با توجه به مشکلاتی که استارتاپ‌ها در تامین مالی با آن‌ها مواجه می‌شوند، از جمله ازدحام رقبا، کاستی در سرمایه‌گذاری و نداشتن پروژه‌های مطمئن، این مقاله به بررسی نقش فناوری بلاکچین در جذب سرمایه‌ی اولیه و تامین مالی استارتاپ‌های فناوری می‌پردازد. در این مقاله، به بررسی مزایا و معایب استفاده از بلاکچین و ارزهای دیجیتالی برای جذب سرمایه‌ی اولیه، افزایش شفافیت و کاهش هزینه‌های بانکی و اعتباری پرداخته می‌شود. علاوه بر این، در این مقاله به بررسی روش‌های دیگر تامین مالی مانند اعتبارات بانکی و سرمایه‌گذاری مشترک نیز پرداخته می‌شود. در نهایت، با بررسی چالش‌های موجود در این راهکارهای نوین تامین مالی و پیشنهاد راه‌حل‌های مناسب، در این مقاله به نوآوری کار و کمک به استارتاپ‌های فناوری برای تامین مالی با روش‌های جدید و ایمن پرداخته می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

This article examines new and advanced financing solutions for technology startups. Considering the problems that startups face in financing, including crowding of competitors, lack of investment and lack of reliable projects, this article examines the role of blockchain technology in attracting initial capital and financing technology startups. In this article, the advantages and disadvantages of using blockchain and digital currencies to attract initial capital, increase transparency and reduce banking and credit costs are discussed. In addition, this article examines other financing methods such as bank credits and joint ventures. Finally, by examining the challenges in these new financing solutions and proposing suitable solutions, this article deals with work innovation and helping technology startups to finance with new and safe methods.
