Bank facilities are the main outputs of the bank, through which the society's liquidity, which is placed in a wandering way at the level of the society, is injected into defined and targeted economic sources. In this regard, one of the major problems faced by decision-makers in banks is prioritizing loan applicants. Therefore, this research was conducted to identify the effective factors in developing a model for measuring customers' credit risk and determining a suitable algorithm for prioritizing bank applicants on a case study in Sepeh Bank. In this research, experts' intuitive and imprecise judgments were considered hesitant fuzzy data, and a simple distance-based algorithm was proposed. The output of the proposed algorithm is a detailed ranking of applicants for bank loans. The presented problem in this research is a decision-making one that is done intuitively, and so far, no research has been done to provide a prioritization algorithm in this field.

Therefore, corporate innovation will face more serious financing constraints compared to traditional investments. In this case, the increase in the cost of financing reduces the investment opportunity of companies and then indirectly hinders the innovation of the company. Shareholders are always looking for returns and if companies create conditions to increase distribution, more shareholders will invest. Due to the importance of this issue, the present research has investigated the impact of innovation and dividend distribution on the firm value in the car and metal industries of the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2017 to 2021. The research method is correlation type based on regression test and based on panel data; In this regard, the statistical population of this research consists of all automotive and metal industries accepted in the Tehran Stock Exchange, which were selected by the method of systematic removal of 27 companies. The results of this research regarding the first hypothesis show that innovation has a direct and significant effect on the firm value. To measure service quality, in fact, the difference between what customers feel they should receive and the service they actually received; must be measured. In this research, by studying the characteristics and models of service quality, five quality indicators were weighted through the process of network analysis. The prioritized weights, in turn, were used in the goal programing model to be used in selecting the best set of service quality measurement tools. The obtained results indicate that among the available options, considering the limitations that exist for the available hours of officials and managers; The best option is to survey customers in the bank in person.

In this article, the most efficient companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange are determined by using the data coverage analysis method. This method is examined for companies in three industries: banking, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical, so that the efficient companies in each industry are recognized. Efficient and ineffective companies are identified and ineffective companies are ranked and used to select the optimal stock portfolio among efficient companies. Next, using the ideal planning method, the investment percentage of each company's share in the stock portfolio is calculated. In this method, once only the yield and risk of the share are considered as variables of the model, and another liquidity variable is added to them so that the effect of this variable is also investigated. Finally, the models were evaluated with real data extracted from the financial statements of the relevant companies and the database of the Tehran Stock Exchange, and the results of the research were analyzed.

In today's era, due to the existence of competition between banks and financial and credit institutions to attract more resources and spend them optimally, mastering the effective components of financial resources has become especially important. One of the factors influencing the allocation of resources and consumers in modern banking is paying attention to the desirability of the location of banks and financial and credit institutions. The location of branches with banks and financial institutions is an important driver in attracting customers, and bank accountants must carefully evaluate it. This research seeks to provide a model for optimal decision-making regarding the selection of new locations for the establishment of branches of banks and financial and credit institutions using DMATEL technique. Due to the impact and sensitivity of criteria on each other in the real world, DMATEL technique has been used to identify these relationships and has presented a model based on the most effective indicators in evaluating the location of banks. Conducting feasibility studies before establishing, equipping and launching a branch can ensure the degree of success in attracting resources, earning and profiting in a safe platform to a large extent and selecting the location by trial and error method that material costs It carries a lot of meaning, to prevent it.
